When I Think About.....

In my Baptist Church upbringing, from time to time, when someone would get up to "testify" after they'd pay all of their respects they would say something like, " When I think about the goodness of Jesus, and all that He's done for me, my soul cries HALLELUJAH,"....and I was wondering since morning service has ended, what have you spent time reflecting on? What act, song, or scripture this morning has weighed on you since this mornings services. At Growth Group I shared the impact studying the word together that Ephesians 2:1-10 BLESSED Cherilyn and I. SLOWING DOWN..I Did, You Can, and guess what I'm gonna do it again!

Hey everyone, this is the little blogsite I thought would be cool for us as group leaders, and members to share our spiritual insights, testimonies and prayer requests. I took quite serious last week's powerful and much needed message because of course I lead a pretty boring, uneventful life. NOT!!!!!! So slowing down presented challenges for me off the bat and this week, I have actually slowed down, and it payed off immensley from getting a few extra winks to actually having more time to spend with the wife and kids. If you didn't give it a try, don't give up. But if you did, hey share....we can all use the testimonies. Revel. 12:10-11a says Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: "Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ.
